All About Patti Porter

Hi, my name is Patti Porter and I'm a Commercial Mortgage Broker and Consultant. I currently live in St. Louis, Missouri but handle commercial loans throughout the U.S.

My job is to help people analyze commercial deals and help them obtain financing for those deals. My specialty is in Stated Income/Stated Asset (no doc) commercial loans. I also specialize in developer financing for single, credit tenant properties.

I also have a passion for helping people to become commercial mortgage brokers. I was personally trained and mentored by a gentleman by the name of Durante Parks. He has provided me with so much knowledge that I feel compelled to help others.

My real estate investing career began in the year 2000, after I read Rich Dad, Poor Dad. I've owned rental houses and mobile homes. I've also done some light rehabbing.

I'm completely out of the residential market now (except for one rental house). I'm now pursuing my passion for commercial financing!
